It usually costs us more to ship some items. So, sometimes we choose to add a delivery charge. The delivery charge is waived off some times if you shop with them for a certain amount.
Can I cancel my order?
We encourage our customers to be full aware of products they plan to purchase. However, at times our customers may realize that they have ordered wrong item after confirming the order. We PBVL permit those customers to cancel their order within 24 hours from the time they confirmed the order.
